The One Point AGM 2025

Last Friday, the entire team at The One Point gathered at Aura for our Annual General Meeting — a valuable opportunity to reflect on the milestones of the past year and look ahead to new ambitions. It was a day filled with insights, inspiration, and a shared enthusiasm for what lies ahead, especially as we begin exploring the exciting concept of delivering a true "Celebrity Service" experience.

A standout moment from the event was the announcement of our TOP Values Ambassador 2025 Awards — a recognition that highlights individuals who embody our core values and consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

This year, we are delighted to congratulate Alex Reece and Abbie Maultby-Glen on receiving this well-deserved honour!

Alex Reece - TOP Values Ambassador 2025

Alex has been with The One Point since 2021, joining as an Apprentice. Since then, he has shown remarkable growth and development, becoming an indispensable part of the team. His dedication, work ethic, and unwavering focus on delivering exceptional customer service have earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues across departments.

Always ready with a warm welcome and helpful advice, Alex is known as a go-to knowledge base for a wide range of queries. His friendly approach and commitment to customer satisfaction make a real difference daily.

Initially selected by Martin and then nominated by his Line Manager, Jacob, Alex’s recognition as a TOP Values Ambassador is a testament to his impact and professionalism.

Abbie Maultby-Glen - TOP Values Ambassador 2025

Abbie joined The One Point in 2022 and has made her mark within the Mobile department, working closely with our Sales and Finance teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless and supportive.

Her dedication over the past year has not gone unnoticed — recently earning her a promotion to Internal Mobiles Lead. In her new role, Abbie manages all mobile requests and maintains direct communication with our mobile network partners to deliver consistently high service to our Business Mobile users.

Abbie's proactive mindset and attention to detail exemplify the very best of The One Point’s values.

Once again, congratulations to both Alex and Abbie — we’re incredibly proud to have such passionate, hardworking individuals on our team.
