Martin and Danny complete the Broughton Burn 2019

Our Managing Director, Martin Lauer, and Supply Chain Controller, Daniel Elliott, have recently completed the Broughton Burn 2019 run!

The Broughton Burn is a 10km run that took place from 10am on Sunday 1st September, starting at Scawby Road, Broughton, North Lincolnshire.

"We're really excited to be getting this event going again for it's 3rd year! As with all the other Burns, the money made from this event will be donated to Alzheimer's Society. In 2018, we managed to raise £2000! Let's see if we can do more in 2019!"

253 people took part in running the Broughton Burn, including Martin and Danny from The One Point.

"As with all other Burns, we will be giving out the random prizes to finishers which will include our trademark hampers which are choc full of goodies! We like to call it the Loot Crate! They contain everything you need for refuelling post race (Beer & Chocolates)!"

Martin completed the run with a fantastic time of 54:56, and Danny completed the run with a fantastic time of 53:17!
