Paul Sewell, Managing Director of The Sewell Group, said "This project is a no brainer, the business case stacks up, I want these youngsters to support me in my old age, not me support them in their young age age."  Alan Johnson MP and Sir Robin Knox Johnson were on hand to officially open the training centre.

CAT.ZERO has been established to help local young people in need of help, especially those not in employment, education or training, to make progress towards the world of work through challenging educational and personal development programmes which use sailing as a focal point.

The experience is motivational and designed to bring about attitudinal change.
