The One Point expand Board to maintain focus on continued growth

Today we are proud to announce two members of The One Point team, Nathan Greenfield and Nicola Willingham, are joining The One Point Board in Associate Director capacities.  

From today Nathan Greenfield has become the company's Sales Director and Nicola Willingham has become Director of Finance and Operations.  

The appointments made have been made to ensure that the company has the correct capacity and governance in place to support our continued growth plans.  

Both members of The One Point team joining the Board as of today do so in recognition of their hard work, high standards and dedication over the past few years and follows, for both Nathan and Nicola, the successful completion of a 12 month development plan allowing them to gain new skills in order to carry out this new responsibility.

Nathan joins the Board 6 years after joining The One Point.  Nathan gives his time generously to his team and to other causes including being a Director of the Swanland Multi-Academy Trust, the Board of Biz Week 2018, Hull Pride 2018, and even jumping out of planes for Dove House; amongst other things.

Nicola joined the company's finance team in 2009. Nicola now manages a team responsible for producing the company‚Äôs monthly management accounts, processing all payroll and VAT transactions, invoicing, purchase ledger, debtor and stock control and also carries out the company‚Äôs year-end reconciliations. On top of the financial responsibilities Nicola also oversees the operational and customer satisfaction sides of the company.
