O2 spoil the TOP team with day of rewards

On Wednesday 4th September, O2 sent us a team of their O2 Angels in recognition of The One Point team's hard work and achievements this year.

This special treat was the 2nd time we have experienced a day of rewards from O2 that have been awarded following our consistently high performance as a multi-award-winning O2 Direct Partner with a team meeting and exceeding the very highest standards.

In 2019, The One Point has earned multiple O2 awards. These include the Customer and Digital Excellence awards for the 3rd time, as well as an O2 Partner of the Year 2019 award! For this reason, the whole of The One Point was selected to receive a unique experience day.

As we begun our working day, not a corner of the office was untouched by decorations to spread the feeling of celebration.

After making our way past balloons and bunting to our desks, every team member from both The One Point and our sister company, IT@Spectrum, were treated to an individual gift bag, which contained an O2 Business notepad and pen, a bag of sweet treats and a flavoured sparkling coconut water.

Not only this, but our team were also surprised with a arcade style prize grabber! The prizes to be won ranged from O2 branded lanyards and electric smartphone fans, to Hotel Chocolate Hampers and £50 Amazon Vouchers! It is safe to say it was huge hit with all the team.

Throughout the day the O2 Angels were on hand to make sure our working day was exceptional.

The highlight of our day, however, came when our MD, Martin Lauer, was formally presented with our award for O2 Partner of the Year 2019!

This award joined one of many The One Point collected this year, but what made this presentation extra special was the inclusion of the whole team who had an opportunity to join in the celebration and hear the extremely positive feedback from O2 Head of Direct Partners, Gary Hill.

To top of the day, the TOP team were treated to a fun-filled evening at the local bowling alley.

This was certainly a reward that we will not forget. For The One Point team, our reward day was a point of pride and a great motivation to continue to perform as the best of the O2 Direct Partners.
