In January 2012 the Intercontinental Hotels Group (UK) decided to invent a world record to encourage team building at a local and national level. The record in question: the most pillowcases stuffed in one minute at multiple venues. Holiday Inn, Hull Marina took part and furiously stuffed their way into the Guinness World Record books!

WHEN Wayne Anderson wanted to do something to help the city's unemployed back into work, he knew he had a great idea.

The One Point-produced Airlie Night Live got its guest kudos raised a few notches recently, with an appearance of 'The Dream Team', i.e. Hull FC head coach, Peter Gentle, and Hull FC owner, Adam Pearson. Even Shaun McRae, Hull FC’s director of rugby, popped in for a curious look around whilst the production team were setting up the cameras and lights.
