Technical Support Roles

We are looking for an IT support candidate with previous experience to work within a busy helpdesk dealing with end users to diagnose IT queries.

You will log and monitor all third party calls escalated to 2nd line where appropriate ensuring issues are resolved within Service Level Agreements.

Part of the role will also include handling inbound calls for other areas of our growing business including aspects of Broadband and Telecoms, no experience is required as training will be provided for this element.

Responsibilities -

  • Have knowledge desktop operating systems and office products
  • Troubleshooting when resolving technical problems with users in the IT environment.
  • Experience of working within a team/ customer focused environment.
  • Ideally you will hold some sort of IT Qualification.
