Meet our 2021 Values Ambassadors

We are delighted to announce our two most recent Values Ambassadors awarded in recognition of their commitment to maintaining the core values of The One Point.

This year's Values Amabassadors were announced at The One Point's AGM in May, which was held over Microsoft Teams. It was a really positive event, providing the team with lots to look forward to and get excited about.

This important accolade was awarded to:

James Kaye - Internal Account Manager

Andy Pearce - ICT Engineer & Telecoms Lead

The One Point's core values are at the heart of everything we do and are there to remind all team members to always be 'Helpful, Responsive, and Trusted'.

James Kaye - Internal Account Manager:

James joined The One Point in August 2019 and has made amazing progress since then. He now heads up the Sales Support team, as well as being recognised for upholding the 3 core values of The One Point.

"I have been with the company almost 2 years which has flown by. I initially joined the team to work alongside Alex, but this soon changed to me assisting the whole external Sales team, which I thoroughly enjoy and allows me to use my years of experience in the industry to provide the team with the support they require. I also work closely with our Tech team as a link between them and Sales to make sure all projects are completed as smoothly as possible for the customer. It's always nice to be recognised for the work you do, so I'm really honoured to receive this year's Values Ambassador award alongside Andy. Here's to many more happy years at TOP!" - James Kaye

Andy Pearce - ICT Engineer & Telecoms Lead:

Andy joined The One Point 4 years ago in 2017 and has also made amazing progress in that time, working his way up to ICT Engineer & Telecoms Lead, and now being recognised for a Values Ambassador award.

"When I joined TOP, I came from a different career background, so The One Point was quite a change for me. Everyone in the team is always really helpful and supportive, so they just make the whole experience of working here really enjoyful. I love coming to work. It's great to be recognised by my team for the Values Ambassador award alongside James, when it comes to upholding our core values I just always do what I would expect someone else to do for me, it's as simple as that." - Andy Pearce

We also want to congratulate Technology Solutions Account Manager, Alex McCallum, on being awarded 'Salesman of the Year' 2021!

Alex McCallum, Technology Solutions Account Manager:

Alex joined The One Point back in 2014 and has since become an integral part of the Sales Team, always striving for the best and building lasting relationships with both team members and customers.

"I'm well chuffed to receive this accolade. I've met so many lovely team mates and customers over the years, and it's been great to see the business grow from strength to strength. Thanks for the support of all my colleagues over the years, couldn't have done it without them." - Alex McCallum
