We are looking for a new enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice.
This role involves full-time study towards a level 3 qualification, including gaining 'practical on-the-job' experience. An opportunity to progress to level 4 is possible.

You will be working closely with the team to ensure all day to day operations run smoothly by completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner. Our learning programs provide all the essential skills you'll need to be an effective company asset. Earn while you learn and get a Level 3 Business Administration certificate and a valuable experience that can help you advance your future education or employment prospects.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will:
• Assist a busy administrative office with its routine services.
• Give support for file and record management of staff and clients.
• Prepare reports from the client and staff databases as needed.

• Interact with personnel, clients, and suppliers on the phone or in person as needed and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
• Follow up on all administrative communications, such as invoices and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with reception services, such as taking calls and connecting them to the appropriate department.
• Pass on any phone messages to the relevant member of staff.
• Be involved in stocktaking and preparing purchase orders for office supplies and stationary.
• Ensure general office organisation such as shredding, filling and tidying.
• Assist departments as needed by your line manager, according to the demands of the job.
• Works well in a team.
• Great attitude.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to change.
• Reliable, committed, and punctual.
• Hard-working ethic.
• Highly organised.
