Summary

This is my first proper job since graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2010. Before I got this job I worked on a 3 month placement for Goodwin Training Services under the Local Work Guarantee Scheme. Once my placement had finished it was suggested to me if I would like to volunteer for them and I accepted.

This gave me some experience for the job role that I have now, and lead to me getting the job at The One Point. My job entails meeting and greeting visitors as they enter The One Point, I also start off the process for customer upgrades by finding out when they are due, and I sometimes process these deals once the customer is happy with the offer suggested to them.

I have only worked for this company for a few months but I enjoy being a member of The One Point team, they helped me to achieve my NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service which has helped me in the completion of my daily tasks.
